All of the pictures on this site are actual video frames, not photographs from other photographers.
I specialize in a natural ability to spontaneously capture real life and beauty through the lens of a camera as it happens, something not everyone who holds a video or still camera is gifted with.. None of my work is ever posed for the camera.
I am a videographer who specializes in wedding video documentaries that are romantic, emotional, dignified and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, most people think of the typical wedding video as nothing more than something to remember the day or "capture memories". Videos made in this venue are often described to me as "tacky" by many of the brides I confer with. Unfortunately, almost every videographer and photographer seems to throw out words "documentary", "photojournalism", and "candid", turning them into nothing more than the latest lip service and buzz words.

Something the average person shooting weddings probably doesn't have. I'm not interested in the stereotypical concept of "selling brides" and only offering mediocrity at best. I'm sure you've seen a number of people including photographers, D.J.'s, and entertainment agencies offering wedding videos. The question you have to ask yourself here is: "Who is wearing what hat" (and what will your video look like)? Videos are not all created equal. Some companies want it all, they want to sell you Photography, D.J., and a Video. This is the concept of "sell more brides".
When you talk to me it will be clear that I'm not out to sell you anything. We'll discuss the differences in what I call a "stereotypical wedding video" and my style. My goal is listen to what you're looking for in a video. I'll be honest in telling you exactly what I try to achieve when I make a video for someone. You may be pleasantly surprised. I may not tell you exactly what you want to hear, and then I may open possibilities that you've never dreamed of, or just didn't know really existed. Either way, you'll have a lot more information than when you started, and that's what's important.
Whether my style is your style is something you'll never know if you don't at least call. If it isn't, then there certainly will be someone out there that will be just right!
Wedding videography is an art form with the abilities to capture a unique sense of emotion that no other medium including photography can provide. I have a real gift for capturing people who are natural and relaxed in their wedding video. This allows individual characteristics like smiles, expressions and personalities of each person to shine in the video. By capturing people naturally as who they are, the quality and esthetics of my video work will have a unique character that you'll enjoy for years to come. I certainly think wedding photography is also important and I caution brides to reconsider and idea of only having video medium and not still photographs. In this type of situation, I feel that hiring a good photographer who can offer a balance of portrait photography as well as being an excellent candid photographer would be a wise consideration.
The end results for my clients are evident in the quality of my work, my business ethics, and how I conduct myself at their event. My clients are those couples who desire to have a wedding video that is created by someone who is talented, creative, unobtrusive, and sensitive to both their needs, and those of their invited guests.
I do not gauge my success as a videographer or the quality of my work by entering contests and touting frivolous awards. My level of success and rewards are measured by my personal satisfaction of creating distinctive wedding video documentaries for the hundreds of clients who have appreciated my natural abilities, skill, and hard work to provide something beyond the ordinary.

Woods Glen Studio has been providing videography services since 1993. With 20 years of experience in photography, video production, and music production, I wanted to make a difference when people thought of Wedding Video. From the beginning, it has been my philosophy to focus on providing exceptional personal service and eliminating the stereotype of the typical wedding videographer. I strive to remain obscure with a constant respect for my clients and the guests they have invited to their wedding. This has been one of the biggest hallmarks to my success as a videographer - to capture great candid footage while maintaining a very low visibility. ![]()
